The Resilience Growth Lab is a therapist-led online summer program designed to help teens develop the internal skills that support lifelong success. Through the group format, students will have the opportunity to connect with peers who can relate to their experience

HOW IT WORKS
This dynamic group program is:
Therapist-led
Online and accessible from anywhere
Group format
Engaging, practical, and skills-based (not lecture-based)
Designed specifically for middle school, high school and university students
Students learn and practice real tools they can use immediately in school, relationships and daily life.

Speak directly with our Intake Team (a real human, can you believe?) who will book you a “Meet and Greet” with one of the facilitators.to see if this program is a good fit for your teen. Together, you will determine if the group is a good fit for your pre-teen/teen.

Register your teen and fill out intake and consent form Once completed, you’ll receive a short and sweet welcome page with further information about the group to help them prepare.
