For: Practitioners building a steady in-person caseload.
Get: The foundation, full-service admin, plus 2 days (16 hours/week) — more room capacity, greater visibility, priority scheduling.
Worth it: ≈ $277/week | $17/hour — about a third less than a single shift — with enough recurring time to build a real local caseload.
In-Clinic . 3 Shift/wk
$1,599/mo + 15% of billings
For: Practitioners ready for a near-full-time clinical base at BTG.
Get: The foundation, full-service admin, plus three days (24 clinic hours/week) — top priority on space and scheduling, deepest integration, and discipline exclusivity.
Worth it: ≈$369/week | $15/hour — the lowest per-block cost in the program, about 40% below a single shift.
How The Value Scales
The more clinic time you commit to, the lower your effective hourly cost — from approximately $25.93/hour at one day per week, to $17.29/hour at two days per week, and $15.38/hour at three days per week. Your total monthly fee increases as you add more clinic time, while your cost per hour decreases.

Effective flat-fee cost per clinic hour drops as you add hours (≈$26 / ≈$17 / ≈$15 at 8, 16 and 24 hours a week); the 15% share applies on top and is the same at every tier. Clinic hours are scheduled in advance with BTG administration and are subject to room availability. Basic admin (Virtual): onboarding, initial scheduling and consultation booking, basic billing. Full-service: adds ongoing rescheduling, ongoing booking support, and appointment reminders. Scheduling priority (by tier) means first choice of preferred days, times, and rooms, and priority during peak demand. The monthly interdisciplinary peer consult is a voluntary gathering of participating independent-contractor practitioners, not clinical supervision. Discipline exclusivity is available at the 24-hour tier. Figures pre-HST.

Am I an employee of Beaches Therapy Group?
No. Affiliates remain fully independent practitioners, operating their own private practice while benefiting from the support, infrastructure and professional community provided by Beaches Therapy Group. This is an affiliation — not a legal or business partnership — and there’s no shared ownership between you and BTG.
Do I keep my own clients and my own name?
Yes. You keep your own professional name and continue to build and manage your own practice. You’re welcome to bring existing clients with you, and you may also receive client introductions from Beaches based solely on clinical fit and availability.
How are referrals handled?
When clients come to us for allied-health support, our clinical team is prompted to think of our affiliates first and introduce you where there’s a fit. Referral volume isn’t guaranteed — you’re actively promoted inside an established three-clinic network rather than starting cold. Introductions are always made on clinical judgment and are never bought, sold or guaranteed in either direction.
What does it mean that BTG is my Health Information Custodian?
You run your own autonomous clinical practice and you write and maintain your own clinical records. BTG takes on the responsibility, and the liability, of being the Health Information Custodian (HIC) under PHIPA: we run privacy training, ensure consent is collected, and manage access and correction requests, complaints, breach response, and retention and destruction, so that infrastructure is handled for you. BTG administration only accesses scheduling, billing, and the minimum clinical information necessary to support your practice, never your full clinical notes.
What happens to my client records if I leave?
BTG retains the clinical record as custodian. On departure, continuity-of-care copies or client-consented transfers can be arranged; the record itself is not transferred wholesale.
How does billing and payment works?
Client payments are billed through BTG. Receipts carry BTG branding alongside your name and college registration number, preserving your clients’ insurance and tax eligibility. Your membership includes a flat monthly fee plus a flat 15% share of billings processed through BTG — the same percentage at every tier, regardless of source. Figures are pre-HST.
How do we represent each other publicly?
You add “Beaches Therapy Group Affiliate” to your own website. BTG lists you by name and services on beachestherapy.ca as an affiliated independent practice, in a consistent, BTG-managed format.
Can I work virtually only?
Absolutely. Our Virtual and Premium Virtual memberships were designed specifically for practitioners who want the support of an established practice without using physical clinic space.
Can I increase my clinic time later?
Yes. As availability allows, affiliates can move between membership tiers as their practice grows.
What are front-desk hours like?
Clinic reception is staffed 40 hours per week during standard business hours. Appointments outside those hours run through Jane self-booking and secure messaging, not a live front desk.
What is discipline exclusivity?
Available at the 3-shift tier: you become the sole affiliate in your discipline. If you’re at capacity, we may bring in another practitioner to take overflow only, and referrals route back to you first as you free up. Below the top tier, referrals are shared by clinical fit, then evenly among equally-appropriate affiliates.
What discipline and approaches are eligible?
We’re currently welcoming applications from a variety of allied health professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Massage Therapists, Dietitians and other complementary healthcare providers whose services align with the Beaches Therapy Group model of care. Affiliates practise an integrative-wellness approach with an emphasis on mental health.
Which clinic locations are available?
Membership opportunities are available across our Toronto clinic locations, subject to availability and scheduling.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Your first commitment is a 6-month term, with no long-term lock-in. Notice and renewal terms are confirmed at onboarding.
What is included in my monthly membership?
Every tier includes the full Foundation package — the Jane practice platform, payment processing, administrative support, a professional website profile, interdisciplinary peer consult, established-brand affiliation, professional community, warm client introductions, marketing visibility, and group program support — plus, depending on your tier, a comfortably furnished clinic room and reception support.
Is a deeper partnership available?
A separate Full Practice Integration tier exists for future markets and is not available at this time. The Allied Health Affiliate Program described here is the current opportunity available to independent practitioners.
