Therapy is a space that allows for reflection, exploration, discovery and growth. It is a space where your vulnerability will be met with compassion and empathy. I work with individuals of all identities and create a safe space where you are accepted, seen and heard for exactly who you are. All of you are welcome here.

As a client-centred therapist, I honour your inherent wisdom. Together, we will collaborate on your therapeutic goals and create a plan that supports and empowers you in your healing journey.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and I completed my Master of Education in Counselling & Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto. I have experience working with individuals and youth who present with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach is eclectic as I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches and my work is grounded in client-centred, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practices. I acknowledge that parts of my identity hold privilege and I invite conversations about identity, systemic oppression and intersectionality into the therapeutic space.

I offer a free fifteen-minute consultation phone call where we can discuss your goals for therapy and explore our therapeutic fit. I am honoured that you are here and I look forward to working with you!
