Perhaps you’re tired of trying to manage anxiety or depression on your own and have been turning to unhelpful coping strategies to ease your painful feelings. Psychotherapy can help you live a happier, healthier and more productive life. During therapy, I can help you build self-awareness to improve your resiliency and ability to thrive. I can help you sort through your feelings during the sessions and help you learn healthy coping skills to manage life challenges.

I have a Master’s degree in Psychology and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). With over 9 years of global experience in providing counselling and psychotherapy to children, adults, couples, and families, I have worked with clients across different sociocultural backgrounds and diverse ranges of challenges.

There are many different approaches to therapy. I believe in drawing upon different strategies and techniques from various approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, art/play therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and attachment & mindfulness-based tools. I offer a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy and strive to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive space to my clients. Therapy is all about you and your needs.
