Hi! I’m Rachel.
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my dogs, spending time in nature, exploring new restaurants, creating art, and making crystal jewelry.
Nothing can dim the light that shines within.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Master of Social Work graduate from the University of Toronto specializing in Children and their Families. I also hold a Bachelor of Social Work Degree with a minor in Psychology from the Toronto Metropolitan University. I have worked with children, adolescents, individuals, and families experiencing a wide range of presenting challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, ADHD, sexuality, complex trauma, life transitions, and family conflict.
As a passionate therapist, I value collaborative work with clients to support journeys of healing. I believe it’s important to meet clients where they are currently to further support healing and hopes that are meaningful to their lives. Using a non-judgmental, warm, and open approach, I aim to provide an inclusive space for individuals and families to share their stories and encourage the development of inner strength and growth.
Through a strengths-based perspective, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and will pull from different modalities that fit your goals for therapy. These modalities include and are not limited to Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where we can connect and begin exploring goals. I look forward to supporting your growth and healing journey.
