I offer both individual and couples therapy, navigating issues such as communication difficulties, sexual difficulties, cultural strains, anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, cultural strains/difficulties, conflict management, communication difficulties, family and relational concerns, low self-esteem, job-related stress, health anxiety, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is to use Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, the Gottman-Method, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness to work through difficulties.
