I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I am committed to working collaboratively with individuals to explore emotions, access inner resources, create strategies, and develop tools in support of healing and growth. My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, chronic pain, depression, addiction, communication difficulties, family and relational concerns, low self-esteem, job-related stress, health anxiety, and life transitions. I am a collaborative, anti-oppressive, strength-based, and relationally-focused therapist experienced in individual, couple, and family therapy.
I believe strongly in the creation of a safe, compassionate therapeutic space to help clients access emotions and safely examine experiences that cause pain, challenges, and difficulty. I use different evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness.
I strive to provide a warm, empathetic, and peaceful space, and look forward to supporting you along your journey.
