Hi! I’m Alex.

I love spending time with my two dogs, a golden retriever and a cockapoo, who make every day more fun. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new coffee shops or restaurants, attending sporting events, playing pickleball or tennis, watching my favourite TV shows, and cooking. I especially love these hobbies when I can share them with my family and friends.

Hi! I’m Lynne.

I enjoy spending time in nature, spending time with my doggies, yoga, cycling, practicing mindfulness meditation and movement, travelling, cooking, reading and writing, exploring new and interesting places.

Hi, I’m Alex, a Registered Social Worker who’s passionate about supporting children and youth as they navigate life’s challenges. A big part of my work is helping young people build confidence, understand their emotions, and make sense of who they are as individuals and within their family systems.

I’m equally committed to supporting the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and I work to create spaces that honour people’s identities and affirm their truths. Whether someone is exploring their identity, seeking an affirming environment, or working through trauma or mood-related challenges, my aim is to offer care that feels safe, validating, and genuinely supportive.

I use approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and CBT, and I tailor each session to meet the needs of the individual. My practice is trauma-centered, compassion-based, and anti-oppressive, meaning I strive to understand each person within the context of their lived experiences, identities, and the systems that shape their lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and inclusive, and my goal is to co-create a space where people can be honest, make sense of their experiences, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for them.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and our two dogs, whether we’re going for a walk, relaxing at home, or exploring new spots together. I also love spending time with friends and family, especially when it involves good food, laughter, and the small moments that matter.

Wherever you’re coming from, I’m here to support you with openness, care, and respect.
