Beaches Therapy Group

Youth and Family Program

Every Age. Every Stage. One Coordinated Team.

Growing up takes a village, and every person in that village, including the parents, deserves support too. Beaches Therapy Group provides therapy, assessments, coaching, and school support for every member of your family, under one clear plan.

Family life changes at every stage

A toddler works through big emotions. A teenager spends more time behind a closed bedroom door. A parent manages school, activities, and everyone else’s needs at the same time. At Beaches Therapy Group, one team supports your whole household, so you are not piecing together separate clinics, tutors, and coaches on your own.

One Conversation Answers Every Question You Have

Parenting brings joy, and it also brings uncertainty. You might find yourself asking:

  • Is this emotional shift a phase, or does my child need extra support?
  • Should we explore an assessment?
  • How do we get our home back to feeling calm and connected?
  • Where do parents go for support, not just children?

Every family deserves a clear starting point. You bring your story. Our team listens first and helps identify the right next step, whether that is for your child, your teen, or you as a parent.

Childhood and adolescence shape the whole household. Our care adapts to each stage and each family member:

How It Works

Start with a conversation

Book a free 15 minute Navigation Call for guidance, or book a specific therapy, assessment, or coaching service directly.

Receive a care plan
built around your family

One plan can combine individual therapy, parent coaching, assessments, and school collaboration for as many family members as need support.

Move forward together

Children build confidence and emotional skills. Parents gain practical tools and clarity. The whole family feels supported, not just one member of it.

FAQs

A Care Coordinator spends 15 minutes listening to what your family is experiencing, answering your questions, and recommending next steps for your child, your teen, or you as a parent

The Navigation Call is a conversation that helps identify what your family is experiencing and points you toward the right service, whether that is therapy, an assessment, coaching, or another form of support.

Yes. Families who already know they want individual or family therapy, a psychoeducational or ADHD/Autism assessment, parent coaching, or a social skills group can book that service directly.

Appointments are available 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. Most families secure a Navigation Call or direct intake within 1 to 3 business days. First sessions are typically scheduled soon after matching, based on your preferred location or virtual care.

Yes. With your permission, our team communicates directly with teachers, guidance counsellors, special education teams, pediatricians, and family doctors, so everyone supporting your child works together.

One multidisciplinary team coordinates care for the whole household. A child can attend therapy, a teen can complete an assessment, and a parent can receive coaching, all within the same practice.

Most services are covered by extended health insurance. Standard rates range from $190 to $250 per session, depending on practitioner designation. Direct billing is available for select insurance providers, so you pay only the remaining balance. Our supervised Graduate Internship Program offers sessions at $50, a 50 percent reduction from standard rates.

Children ages 2 to 10, teens ages 11 to 18, and their parents and caregivers, through every stage of childhood and adolescence.

Both. In-person support is available at our four GTA and regional locations, and virtual support is available across Ontario.

We're Here to Walk Alongside Your Whole Family

From early childhood through high school graduation, and for the parents guiding that journey, Beaches Therapy Group supports every member of your household with one coordinated plan.
