With an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and over 15 years of combined experience in business administration, customer service, supply chain, and logistics, I bring a practical and client centered approach to operations. My background in process improvement allows me to streamline systems and enhance efficiency while supporting collaboration and growth.

My time in India in 2015 deepened my commitment to inner work, healing, and personal growth, and those practices continue to guide how I lead and connect with others. I value integrity, emotional balance, and alignment, which shape how I approach leadership and teamwork.
