Hi! I’m Karen
During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family (hint: Never a dull moment with the size of my family!!!!!! ), cooking, taking long drives, taking long walks by the water, writin poetry, entertaining and practicing mindfulness and yoga. I am an individual who takes pride in considering others and will go the distance to make others feel validated and worthy while keeping a smile on their face. I am also a registered children yoga teacher and a 200 hour trauma informed yoga teacher. If that was not enough - I am also a Registered Wedding Officiant. A chat with me can be rather interesting!
Hi! I’m Ilayda
I enjoy traveling, reading, playing piano and ukulele, cooking, baking, and staying active with sports—whether playing or watching.
Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.

Life and its many challenges at times can be overwhelming and difficult to manage. I am an individual who empowers others to be resilient and determined to face their challenges and stuckness.
Finding courage to work on your true self is a start that can provide you with the tools to start your journey of healing. Through a therapeutic alliance and collaborative efforts I am passionate about supporting clients goals and wellbeing while adhering to their uniqueness.

My intersectional approaches and areas of treatment focus are inclusive of (but are not limited to): grief, emotion regulation, self esteem, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, family relationships, trauma, domestic violence, stress management, healthy boundaries and effective communication.
My background is in Psychology and Women ‘s studies. Prior to my career, I worked within the shelter system with individuals experiencing profound mental health, addictions, suicide ideation, abandonment, unemployment, attachment issues, trauma and many more challenges.
