I enjoy traveling and discovering new places, whether it’s exploring a busy city or spending time in nature. In my downtime, I love reading and listening to or playing music as a way to unwind and stay creative. I also find a lot of joy in cooking and baking for others, especially when sharing food with loved ones. I like playing sports and watching a game with family and friends.

As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), my deepest commitment is to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. It is my honor to walk with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My academic and practical training have prepared me to work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma, and major life transitions.
I take a trauma-informed approach, recognizing the profound impact of past experiences on present challenges. My practice is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based techniques. This integrative style allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, ensuring a collaborative, empowering, and client-centered therapeutic experience.
