As a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients and addressing various presenting issues. Common themes that have emerged include depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and coping with difficult life transitions. My focus has always been centered on creating a client-centered approach, prioritizing empathy, active listening, and establishing a safe and non-judgmental space.
