We work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, guidance counsellors and other professionals to provide a complete circle of care for our clients. If you are referring a client, student or patient to us, kindly complete the form below for our dedicated intake counsellors. Please ensure you have received the client, student or patient’s consent for us to contact them directly to set up an initial consultation. Where required, we will obtain their consent to keep you informed about their care.
