Hi! I’m Rammy

I enjoy baking, sports, yoga, hiking with my dog, exploring new food spots in the city, watching movies, and capturing life through film photography.

I enjoy spending time in nature, spending time with my doggies, yoga, cycling, practicing mindfulness meditation and movement, travelling, cooking, reading and writing, exploring new and interesting places.

Sometimes it just helps to have a space where you can say things out loud and make sense of them. That is what I hope to offer. A grounded, supportive space where we can work through things together.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph Humber and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am also pursuing a Certificate in Child and Youth Mental Health at Wilfrid Laurier University. My background in kinesiology shapes my approach, as I strongly believe in the mind-body connection. Stress, anxiety, and emotional pain often live in the body, which is why I incorporate mindfulness and nervous system awareness to help you feel more grounded and regulated.

I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, incorporating mindfulness and a strong focus on the mind-body connection. I work with people from all backgrounds and life stages, with a particular interest in supporting children, athletes, and mothers. Whether you are managing stress, performance pressure, new roles, or anxious thoughts, we work together to understand what is happening and build practical tools for regulation and growth. For me, healing is not just about insight—it is about feeling grounded, connected, and steady in everyday life.

As a Sikh woman who grew up in Etobicoke, my lived experiences have shaped the way I understand identity, community, and cultural expectations. They have equipped me with empathy for those navigating multiple roles and responsibilities, and I strive to offer care that feels culturally aware, respectful, and affirming.

Therapy with me is a space for honest conversation, reflection, and meaningful change. You do not have to figure everything out on your own.
