Hi! I’m Rebecca

I am most at peace in nature, soaking up fresh air, sunshine, and any excuse to be by the water. When I’m not in multi-tasking mom-life or work mode, you’ll usually find me listening to a podcast or audiobook diving into ideas at the intersection of psychology, science, and spirituality. I love getting creative with my son (there’s usually paint, paper, and a bit of chaos), and whenever possible I make time for hiking, yoga, and singing (usually in the shower, but still good for the soul). Most of all, what lights me up is time with family/friends, adventures with our pup, and traveling to places that fill the heart and spark curiosity.

I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being. -Rumi

I am a student intern therapist completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based practices.

I take a client-led approach, working collaboratively to explore what matters most to each person. Guided by empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique journey, I strive to create a space where clients feel truly understood and supported.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer questions and explore how we might work together.
