As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with 17 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, I provide client-centred support rooted in evidence-based practices. My approach integrates trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based practice to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
Specializing in couples therapy, I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, supporting partners in strengthening their connection and resolving relationship challenges. In addition to relationship counselling, I work extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief.
With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their challenges, deepen self-awareness, and uncover their strengths. My goal is to empower individuals and couples to achieve meaningful, lasting change in their journey of healing and personal growth.
