I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology in Calgary, Alberta, and I am registered social worker. After several years in the field, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse populations with a range of challenges and strengths. Part of my therapeutic approach incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT and DBT interventions with an attachment lens. I am also trained in trauma informed counselling and grief and bereavement. I have excellent experience with individuals, couples, families, and children.
