I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology in Calgary, Alberta, and obtained a post graduate Certificate in Couples and Family Therapy Studies with Guelph University. After several years in the field as a registered Social Worker, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse populations with a range of challenges and strengths. Part of my clinical focus incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Emotionally Focused Therapy & Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Trauma Informed Counselling and Grief and Bereavement.
