Experiencing life challenges can be overwhelming and daunting at times. Exploring emotions can also be challenging when we are feeling stuck or confused. Engaging in therapy can help bridge personal struggles into new insights of healing. Whether you are experiencing recent difficulties or a long-standing challenge, therapy is an opportunity for healing and self-growth.
I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology in Calgary, Alberta, and obtained a post graduate Certificate in Couples and Family Therapy Studies with Guelph University. After several years in the field as a registered Social Worker, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse populations with a range of challenges and strengths. Part of my clinical focus incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Emotionally Focused Therapy & Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Trauma Informed Counselling and Grief and Bereavement.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, engaging and present focused and committed to working from a strengths-based empowerment perspective. As an empathetic and compassionate therapist, I am committed to the counselling process and will ensure you have a safe space to share your personal journey and self-discoveries.
Therapy is tailored to your unique individual needs in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. As you gain insights and listen to your inner voice, we will work together to establish healthier and more effective patterns of living.

Therapy fees are the main reason why most people avoid seeking help. However, psychotherapy is an investment in your health and happiness, and it is more affordable than common belief. We welcome and encourage frank and open discussions with us about our fees to ensure we manage your care in the best way possible. Your initial phone consultation with us is always free and most extended benefits plans cover our services. If you do not have coverage, we also offer affordable therapy sessions at discounted rates through our internship program.
