As a compassionate therapist I create a safe space for individuals, couples and families to cultivate the insights, skills and experiences needed to overcome obstacles and create positive life changes that last.
I am a graduate of the Masters of Social Work program at The University of Toronto and a registered Clinical Social Worker. My therapeutic approach draws upon evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. I am passionate about staying up to date with leading practices in psychotherapy. I have training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, couple & family issues, interpersonal conflict and coping with stress at home and work.
In your free initial 30-minute session I will help you to get to know me better and feel comfortable to discuss your goals for therapy. We will work together at your pace to develop a unique plan for your healing path.
