Experiencing life challenges can be overwhelming and daunting at times. Exploring emotions can also be challenging when we are feeling stuck or confused. Engaging in therapy can help bridge personal struggles into new insights of healing. Whether you are experiencing recent difficulties or a long-standing challenge, therapy is an opportunity for healing and self-growth.

I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology in Calgary, Alberta, and obtained a post graduate Certificate in Couples and Family Therapy Studies with Guelph University. After several years in the field as a registered Social Worker, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse populations with a range of challenges and strengths. Part of my clinical focus incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Emotionally Focused Therapy & Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Trauma Informed Counselling and Grief and Bereavement.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, engaging and present focused and committed to working from a strengths-based empowerment perspective. As an empathetic and compassionate therapist, I am committed to the counselling process and will ensure you have a safe space to share your personal journey and self-discoveries.

Therapy is tailored to your unique individual needs in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. As you gain insights and listen to your inner voice, we will work together to establish healthier and more effective patterns of living.

Your free initial consultation call will offer us an opportunity to connect, familiarize you of the process and discuss what you would like to explore in therapy. We will walk through this journey together.
