Life is an ongoing story where you are the screenwriter. You may be feeling stuck or frustrated with your current script due to stressful circumstances or personal struggles. With therapy the hope is that these moments can be refined into a version that leads to your desired potential.
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Social Work and currently a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. During our sessions I will draw from a range of approaches that you may be familiar with (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Having a social work background helps me to understand people as multifaceted individuals. The hope is that we will work at a collaborative pace to address your particular needs.
