Coming to therapy can be overwhelming and sometimes leaves people feeling vulnerable. I believe however, that in this place of vulnerability, there is a powerful opportunity for personal growth. It is my mission to provide a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic space for growth to occur. In the context of a strong therapeutic connection, I honour your emotional experiences and help you to identify themes and patterns that may be preventing you from moving forward.
I am a Master’s level Social Worker (MSW) with graduate training from the University of Toronto (UofT). I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from UofT. I have dedicated my career to the field of mental health and have extensive psychiatric social work experience in various hospital and community settings. I provide comprehensive, research-based interventions using a collaborative and strengths based approach. I have specialized training in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, emotional distress, relationship issues and self-sabotaging behaviours. I offer a free initial 30-minute session to all new clients.
Whatever the reason, I am glad you have reached out and I would be deeply honoured to be a part of your healing journey.
